INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1/3 cup of granulated sugar
2 1/4 TSP of baking powder
1/2 TSP sea salt
4 TBSP of cold unsalted butter
3/4 cup of cinnamon chips
1 cup of cold heavy whipping cream
1 TSP of vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cutting in butter until crumbly. Blend in cinnamon chips
Combine cream and vanilla
Add mixtures together until evenly moist. If dry, add more cream a TBSP at a time until moist.
Work with hands until dough forms, then turn onto floured surface, kneading gently 4-5 times.
Roll to 1" thickness, using a 2" cutter to slice 10 scones. Place 2" apart on parchment paper-covered baking sheet.
Bake until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes. Test with toothpick.
